Become a music publisher member
If a music publishing house would like to be represented by Artisjus directly and would like to register their publisher shares and receive royalty payments from Artisjus, they need to sign a cooperation agreement with us. [MORE]

Licensing online use
Whether you plan to launch an online or a mobile service, Artisjus will help you get the right licences to use music. There are different types of licenses depending on what sort of service you start.

Licensing public performances
Whether your business is playing or performing music, you will find the right licenses at Artisjus. Our colleagues are available to help you which music use category and license you need to choose.

Private copying remuneration
According to the relevant European directives, member states may allow the private copying of copyrighted music, films, images and literary works. However, such freedom has a price, a “fair compensation”, which Hungary provides by imposing a lump-sum remuneration payable on the sale of blank video and audio carrier media.

Besides public performances and online use of music, Artisjus provides licenses for broadcasting and recording musical works, as well.

Annual Reports
In the annual reports you can read about our cash flow statements, balance sheets and explanation of increase or decrease regarding our incomes. Annual reports also contain information about the activities of departments and the operational costs.

Organizational units
We have seven departments dealing with the collection and distribution of royalties and/or supporting these activities. Two of them are responsible for licensing, one department deals with documentation & distribution and the members services.
